To process a return, you must contact us by phone at (970) 352-5820 within 14 days of receiving your delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges on non-defective and correctly shipped items. Credit will be issued upon receipt of item less original shipping costs.
If the item is defective or we mis-shipped your order, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to return your order to us. We will also exchange the product and ship it out to you for free or refund you for the full amount of your order.
When returning anything, please leave a note inside the box explaining whether you prefer a refund or an exchange.
Items must be in "as new" condition with original packaging intact and all accessories included to be eligible for refund.
Non-defective and correctly shipped custom/special-orders, books (i.e. sheet music) and opened media (CDs, DVDs, VHS, etc.) are not eligible for return.
We display inventory levels on our site so that you know exactly what is in or out of stock.
Products that do not show inventory levels are either special/custom-order items, items that ship direct from the manufacturer or items that can be shipped immediately from the manufacturer if we temporarily run out of stock.
We use the United States Postal Service for its range of shipping services. USPS is economical, fast and less likely to damage your shipment than other carriers.
